Whether it's an intimate dinner for 2 or a banquet for 20 I'll work with you to create an event not to be forgotten. We'll start with a kick off discussion and run through all that you're wishing to achieve, your likes and dislikes, preferences, allergies, things to avoid etc and your budget. From this I'll then work up an event plan and menu bespoke to your occasion. Once agreed, and as the time comes, I'll start any pre-preparatory work in advance before arriving at your home or chosen venue ready to deliver your event.

I'll provide all that we agreed and leave the kitchen as I found it.
